Effective Arbitration, Med/Arb and Mediation Services

Leslie is an experienced arbitrator and mediator. She specializes in labour, civil employment, and human rights disputes. Over the past 20 years, Leslie has helped parties resolve hundreds of cases involving a wide range of public and private sector organizations. She believes that no dispute is so complex or entrenched that it cannot benefit from an effective intervention.

Leslie is a Member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators’ Association and was recently inducted into the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Arbitration and Med/Arb

Most grievances are settled before or during the arbitration process. Leslie has worked closely with employers and unions to resolve hundreds of grievances through med/arb. She also has significant experience conducting hearings, managing cases, and writing decisions in cases of varying complexity.

Leslie resolves most cases through mediation and med/arb. She has also published more than 400 interim and final decisions in cases involving a wide range of public and private sector disputes.
